Neglected By Two Countries is a compilation of thirteen different expressions by young kids who lived the traumatic experience of a deportation in the United States of America. Each story has been modified to protect the children’s true identity and location, but they are based on true stories. Our goal is to inspire our nation to reflect about an issue affecting thousands of innocent children every year. I hope to motivate our government to try not to make the same mistakes over and over again. I invite community leaders and politicians to have honest conversations with their citizens and to listen carefully to other’s stories.
